Randomness & Specificity
Well, I got to week two and hopefully you are still with me. If you’ve been to my galleries you may be wondering exactly what kind of photographer I am, as there is really no one theme. For those who know me, you are not surprised by this, as I am one of the most random people you’ll ever meet.
My images are all about what I am feeling at the moment that my camera is in my hand, and different again when it comes time to edit that image to make it what I want. During my photography schooling, many told me I had to be a specific type of photographer. There are many kinds…..of which I am none…..but perhaps all. If it looks pretty, odd, funny, colorful, interesting or moving I capture it, as I see it.
In the beginning I wanted to blog about specifics of an image. I decided that I do not want to take away from any of my images by telling you my feelings about it, or give you specifics on it, as it can ruin how you feel about it. Some really beautiful images are found in the weirdest places and sometimes the most basic things. I want you to form your own feelings and opinion on my images without much input from me.
If you happen to see an image of mine that you want more information about, please contact me and I’d be happy to share with you. I just don’t want to ruin it for everyone else.
Kind of like when you hear there is no Sant…….never mind.
